Spanning 110,000 m², the project is thoughtfully divided into key components: 80,000 m² dedicated to Veranda Residences and Veranda Village, offering a seamless blend of modern living and vibrant community spaces. Traditional Albanian villages have a remarkable feature where buildings are seamlessly inscribed into the natural landscape. To achieve this harmony our architecture is neatly woven into the landscape with the preservation of the original ecosystem. The use of earthy tones in the exteriors allows the structures to subtly merge with the natural palette of the hills.
While the unordered arrangement may seem haphazard, it actually reflects the organic growth and development of these villages over centuries. We decided to use this feature to create a sense of unity and shared identity among residents. Connected by narrow streets, the space remains compact and easily accessible.

One distinct feature of this architectural style is the close neighborhood and irregular arrangement of buildings, particularly in mountainous regions. Houses are nestled tightly together, forming a cohesive and closely-knit community.
